For web designers and one-person agencies

Everline Sites is a project you run on your own machine. Give it a town. It finds local businesses with no real website, builds each one a site from their own photos and reviews, puts it online, and leaves a short personal email in your Drafts folder. You read it. You hit send.

One run, start to finish Example data
Hartline Roofing, Ocoee FL 4.8 stars from 42 Google reviews. Phone listed. Lead score 91.6. No website listed
It builds one
Hartline Roofing hartline-roofing-ocoee-x7k2.netlify.app Re-roofs and storm repair in West Orange County. Built from their own photos and their own reviews, with a tap-to-call at the top. Live, unlisted, and hidden from Google until they say yes.
Then it writes

Hi Dana, I build sites for local businesses. I made one for Hartline from your Google photos and quoted Maria's review about the storm repair. hartline-roofing-ocoee-x7k2.netlify.app Looking costs nothing. If it's not for you, say so and it comes down.

How it works

Four steps per business. Then the next one.

You type one sentence: "Run the pipeline for Ocoee, Florida." It does the rest and tells you what happened in plain words.

  1. Find

Searches the town through Google's official Places service. Pick from 12 industry packs, name your own, or let it sweep them all. Checks every listed website. Keeps the businesses that don't have a working one and ranks them by how active and well reviewed they are.

  2. Gather

Pulls their photos, hours, phone, rating and reviews. Then researches the gaps: services, towns they cover, licence wording, a contact email. Every fact gets a source written next to it.

  3. Build

Designs a site for that one business. Its own colours, its own type, its own layout. A second reviewer that didn't build it looks at phone and desktop screenshots and fails anything that looks off.

  4. Pitch

Publishes to an unlisted address, confirms it loads, and writes the owner a note under 130 words with the link. The note lands in your Drafts folder with your postal address and a plain way to say no.

Then it follows up. Up to five notes over 28 days, each shorter than the last. A reply stops the sequence and hands the conversation to you. The word STOP stops it for good and takes the preview down.

Who it finds

Three kinds of business that need you.

Most lead tools see a web address on a listing and move on. Everline Sites opens it.

no_website

Nothing at all

No site on their listing, or only a Facebook or Instagram page. Good reviews, a phone that rings, and nowhere to send a customer who wants to see their work.

booking_page

A platform page standing in

Their "website" is a Fresha, Thumbtack, OpenTable, Zocdoc or Square page. They're renting a profile next to their competitors. It recognises more than 35 of these platforms, and keeps their booking link working on the new site.

rescue

A site that's failed them

The domain doesn't load, the certificate has expired, or it can't be read on a phone. Everline Sites only flags a fault it can prove. It never pitches a rebuild on taste.

Industries

Any business with a front door.

Twelve packs and 107 search categories ship in the folder. Say "salons and barbers in Winter Park" and it runs that pack. Say "only florists" and it searches for exactly that. The build changes with the business: a cafe leads with its menu and hours, a salon with services and its booking button, a roofer with a tap-to-call.

Trades

Roofers, electricians, plumbers, tile, millwork, concrete and 20 more

Home services

Cleaning, pest control, pools, lawn care, movers, locksmiths

Beauty

Hair, barbers, nails, spas, lashes, tattoo, massage

Food and drink

Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food trucks, caterers

Auto

Repair shops, mobile mechanics, detailing, tires, body shops

Health

Chiropractors, dentists, physical therapists, vets, optometrists

Fitness

Trainers, yoga, pilates, martial arts, dance, boxing

Professional

Accountants, bookkeepers, notaries, insurance, photographers

Retail

Florists, boutiques, jewelers, bike shops, furniture, gifts

Pets

Groomers, trainers, sitters, daycare, kennels

Kids and education

Daycare, tutoring, music lessons, preschools, driving schools

Events

Wedding planners, DJs, venues, party and photo booth rental

What you get

A folder you own. Nothing hidden.

No dashboard login. No monthly seat. Every file is readable, and you change any of it in plain English.

The rulebook
CLAUDE.md
The operating instructions read at the start of every session: the loop, the hard rules, where things live, what to do when someone replies.
Seven commands
/pipeline /find /gather /build /qa /pitch /follow-up
Run the whole loop or any single step. You can also just say what you want.
Lead finder and site checker
find_leads.py check_site.py
Finds businesses in any of the 12 industry packs, sorts them into the three lead types, scores them, and never adds the same business twice. Caps billed searches per run.
A CRM with no sign-up
crm.py
One database file on your computer. Statuses from new to won, a record of every touch, the follow-up calendar and the do-not-contact list. Safe to run several sessions at once.
Design rules
DESIGN_RULES.md
What every site must include by kind of business, what's banned, and the phone-first build standard. Edit it to match your taste and every build after that follows it.
Fresh-eyes reviewer
qa-reviewer qa_shots.py
Screenshots at phone and desktop widths, mechanical checks for broken images and sideways scroll, then a separate reviewer with a blocking checklist.
Publisher
deploy.py
Puts each site on your Netlify account at an unlisted address, confirms it's live before anything is pitched, and takes it down when an owner says no.
Outreach and replies
outreach.py inbox.py
Drafts or sends from your own mailbox, adds the legal footer, enforces a daily cap, and reads replies so follow-ups stop the moment someone answers.
Health check
doctor.py
Tells you in plain words which setting is missing and where to get it.

House rules

Built to keep your name clean.

You're writing to owners who get pitched every week and can smell a trick. These rules are written into the instructions and enforced by the scripts.

True facts only

Every claim on a site traces to a source that was opened. No invented licence numbers, years in business or guarantees.

Reviews word for word

Quoted exactly, labelled as Google reviews, with a link to the listing. Never reworded.

Their photos, not stock

Photos the business uploaded itself come first. No stock people posing as staff. If the photos are thin, the design leans on type and colour.

You press send

Drafts are the default. Automatic sending exists, behind a daily cap, and only turns on when you ask for it.

An honest email

It says who you are, that the site was built on spec, what it costs to keep, and how to say no. Your postal address is on every one, as US law requires. A fake "Re:" subject is blocked.

Careful in regulated fields

For health, legal, financial and childcare businesses it states what they offer and who they are. No claims about outcomes, results or savings. Credentials are copied exactly as sourced.

Keeps what already works

If a business takes bookings or orders through a platform, that link stays as the main button. The new site sits in front of it.

No means no

A STOP reply puts the address on a permanent list and the preview comes down. Previews are hidden from Google until the owner says yes.

What it costs to run

Everline Sites doesn't take a cut of anything. You bring four accounts of your own, and you see every bill directly.

A coding assistant subscription that can run a project folder on your machine. Higher plans build more sites per day and build them better.

A Google Cloud key for the Places service. Google bills per search and per photo. Check their current pricing and set a budget alert before your first run.

A Netlify account. Static sites are light. Check Netlify's current plan limits if you plan to keep hundreds of previews live.

Your own mailbox with an app password. Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail or your own domain.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You give instructions in plain English and the folder runs everything. The setup guide covers installing it, making the four accounts, and pasting your keys into one file.

Which industries does it cover?

Any local business. Twelve packs ship with it, from trades to salons to restaurants to accountants. If yours isn't in a pack, name it and it searches for that. It can add the phrase to a pack for good.

How many sales will I make?

I won't give you a number. It depends on your town, your price, how many notes you send and how you handle the replies. What Everline Sites changes is what you're sending. It's a finished site the owner can open on their phone, not a request for a meeting.

Is cold email legal?

In the US, the CAN-SPAM Act allows it if you're honest about who you are, include a postal address, and honour opt-outs. Everline Sites builds all three in. Other countries are stricter. Canada, the UK for sole traders, and most of the EU need consent first. Check the rules where your prospects are. This isn't legal advice.

Can I use photos from a business's Google listing?

Photos belong to whoever took them. Everline Sites prefers photos the business uploaded itself, keeps previews unlisted and hidden from search, and takes them down on request. When an owner buys, get their written OK to use the photos or swap in ones they send you.

What happens when an owner says yes?

The automation stops and you take over. Agree the price, make their changes, register their domain, and run the go-live pass: search indexing on, business details marked up for Google, sitemap added.

Can I change how it writes?

Yes. Correct it once and it records the lesson in a file it reads at the start of every session. Tone, price, sign-off, which trades to skip.
